This fabulous vintage
1930s/40s peach slip, teddy, romper is a marvelous find. It has
never been worn, the label reads Rogers run-Proof, Locked Rayon
Tricot. The size is 34 and fits 32/34, the waist is 32/34",
the hips 35/37 and the length from the armpit to hem is a mini
24". The sheer rayon is knit with teeny fine vertical lines
and has some nice stretch. The style is pull on and is straight
across the bodice with an interior tie to get a perfect fit.
The cut is that of a chemise, fitting like a shorts type romper!
The wide legs give a tap panty appearance and curve up into a
sexy slit. This can be worn as undies but would be really really
cute worn as a playsuit romper, you could belt it for another
look. A sweet addition to your vintage wardrobe, it's especially
nice that you can wear this little cutie as lingerie or outerwear.
