This elegant classically
designed full slip is by "Stardust" and comes with
the original hang tag which is a wonderful piece of history,
the fabric is crepe acetate rayon. Be sure to follow the washing
and ironing instructions on the tag to keep your slip perfect
for years to come. This slip has not been washed to protect the
collectability value in the event you don't plan to wear this
garment. It is perfectly all right to wear and enjoy your vintage
lingerie wardrobe, not everyone is a collector...some of us just
love the luxury of vintage lingerie. The design is fabulous so
the fit will be superb, the cups and back triangle bodice pieces
are double, the front cups extend to the back and disappear into
the bodice. The skirt has a front and back panel with separate
side panels for a flowing fit. The straps are self fabric with
teeny little metal adjustors, I see one little line near the
center back waist which appears to be from a pen, if you spray
this with hairspray when you handwash the slip it will go away.
There is no decoration beyond the little openings at the center
bust, with the cut and fit of this fantastic slip you need no
embellishment, the color is that marvelous pinky peach.
