petticoat or crinoline. The label reads Skylon nylon, size Large,
the elastic waist stretches from 24 to 32, the length is 29".
The bottom 20" contains 3 tiers of fullness. The fabric
is nylon taffeta with a satisfying swishy rustle as you enjoy
155" or 13' of twirling pleasure. The condition is excellent,
the very last tier is embellished with 3 rows of open work stitching,
a marvelous vintage petticoat, so much fun to wear!
