This half slip is a delightful
reminder of an earlier time after WWII when fabric was once again
plentiful and longer lengths became popular and were known as
the "New Look". The designer of this slip is Barbara
Lee with a folded blue and white ribbon label similar to that
of the older Vanity Fair lingerie. The condition is new never
worn vintage as evidenced by the crisp unwashed label, the size
is Large with the satin tab waist stretching from 26 to 36",
hips 39 to 43" and a side length of 30". The color
is a scrumptious salmon pink with contrasting white lace trim.
The lace hem sweeps up the side front into a trail of lace applique,
this elegant slip is an exquisite piece of lingerie history.
